Who we are

FastXP2P is a peer-to-peer USDT-INR exchange built for Indian users. We connect buyers and sellers of Tether (USDT) directly, with the platform acting as a neutral escrow during every trade. We are a non-custodial interface — funds remain in user-controlled wallets and are released only when the underlying trade conditions are met.

How we operate

Every P2P order is held in escrow by the platform until the counterparty's payment is confirmed. Disputes are reviewed by trained moderators using on-platform chat, payment screenshots, UTR numbers, and bank statements. We publish a clear Terms & Conditions document covering acceptable use, prohibited activity, and dispute resolution.

FastXP2P does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Users are responsible for compliance with all applicable Indian laws including the Income-tax Act 1961 (Sections 115BBH and 194S), FEMA, PMLA, and any guidance issued by RBI, SEBI, or the Ministry of Finance.
